Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a commissioned based role. That is remote, This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and community stakeholders to support growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting targeted outreach campaigns, managing inbound and outbound communication, and coordinating follow-ups across email, social platforms, and other channels. The Outreach Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and automation teams to align messaging with campaign goals, gather feedback from partners and prospects, and provide insights that inform content and workflow improvements. The role also involves maintaining outreach records, preparing simple reports on what to do to get good prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in Community Outreach and Research to identify opportunities, understand audience needs, and support targeted campaigns.
• Solid Writing skills for clear, professional outreach messages, follow-up communication, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with digital tools ( email platforms, social media) and interest in AI-driven marketing or automation is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in outreach, sales support, marketing coordination, or community engagement is preferred.
• The job is 100% remote-based. No office.
