Outside Loan Officer-BPL

We are looking for Outside Loan Officers who can target proven Private Lending, Business Purpose Loan (BPL), and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) with an established book of business and active investor relationships. They will operate remotely on a nationwide real estate investor lending platform, and focus on generating, structuring, and closing investment-property loans. They will own and scale their existing book of business while utilizing company-provided leads, proprietary AI tools, operational support, and a comprehensive product suite to drive high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and expand an existing book of business while originating Private Lending, BPL, and DSCR loans nationwide.

• Establish new real estate investor relationships and serve as a strategic financing partner to help clients scale their portfolios.

• Structure complex real estate investment deals across Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loan products.

• Convert company-provided leads into incremental production to supplement self-sourced business.

• Leverage proprietary technology, dialers, and AI-driven qualification tools to structure and close deals efficiently.

• Partner with internal Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets teams to move loan files smoothly through closing.

• Conduct phone-first outbound prospecting, direct-to-consumer outreach, and relentless follow-up to build pipeline.

• Travel to and represent the company at industry conventions, investor conferences, and real estate networking events.

• Host investor events and regularly attend local real estate investor meetups to build referral networks.

• Maintain strict CRM discipline and pipeline tracking to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction stages.

• Deliver high-touch client service on transactions to drive repeat business and client referrals.

• Consistently meet and exceed established monthly funded loan production and volume targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Private Lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), and DSCR loan origination.

• Demonstrated history of an active book of business with established real estate investor relationships.

• Proven track record in direct-to-consumer origination, deal structuring, and self-sourcing business.

• Strong outbound prospecting capabilities, phone-first sales mindset, and objection-handling skills.

• Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms and managing active sales pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated high-volume funded production of $3M+ to $5M+ per month.

• In-depth experience originating Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.

• Ability to transfer active deals upon hire for accelerated initial compensation.
