What you will do:

• Design and implement technical architecture across a portfolio of OutSystems applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals;

• Lead the delivery of new applications, integrations, and capabilities while maintaining ownership of existing production systems and ensuring overall solution quality;

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small, high-autonomy team, promoting engineering best practices and high development standards;

• Evaluate new technologies, AI-driven development approaches, architecture patterns, and integration strategies, delivering clear recommendations and technical direction.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;

• Minimum 3 years of OutSystems development experience, including at least 1 year in a Tech Lead role;

• Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems ODC and O11, enterprise application development, backend systems, and solution architecture;

• Solid knowledge of architecture patterns, application performance optimization, system integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies;

• Experience with AI-augmented development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Mentor, or similar); knowledge of LLM integrations and MCP is a strong plus;

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
