OutSystems Senior Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced OutSystems Senior Developer to join an international team responsible for delivering modern enterprise applications within the Automotive & Leasing industry. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable OutSystems solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Project scope:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain existing applications and ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using OutSystems UI.
• Optimize existing code and improve application performance and maintainability.
• Integrate applications with external systems and configure software components.
• Develop and execute testing strategies while supporting deployments across multiple environments.
• Ensure compliance with development, security, and coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Competence demands:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in OutSystems development.
• Minimum 4 OutSystems certifications.
• Strong experience with OutSystems and OutSystems UI.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with XML and JSON.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, secure development, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Very good English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading frontend development initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with performance optimization and application scalability.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data quality, and risk management principles.
• Experience working in international enterprise environments.
