OutSystems Trainer/Facilitator

We are looking for a dedicated and talented OutSystems Trainer/Facilitator to guide and mentor aspiring and experienced developers through a rigorous learning experience. This role will include delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to equip learners with the skills needed for a career in OutSystems development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire learners to succeed in the tech industry. The role may also require the trainer to be familiar with other low-code platforms and to provide support to the internal development team as needed Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on OutSystems development practices. Develop, maintain, and enhance training curriculum and materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises. Mentor and evaluate participants, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Facilitate both in-person and remote training sessions using instructional technology and online teaching tools. Collaborate with teams to tailor and update training programs based on evolving industry needs. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, collaboration, and active participation. Support internal projects and applications team when required
