Role Description As the Owner of 午馬獵頭公司, you will oversee the full operations of the firm, including business strategy, client acquisition, and service delivery. This full-time remote role involves developing and executing growth plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality recruitment and headhunting services. You will set performance targets, optimize internal processes, and provide leadership and guidance to any team members or external partners. Daily responsibilities include market research, decision-making on business opportunities, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The Owner also represents the company in negotiations, partnerships, and branding activities, ensuring the firm’s reputation and client satisfaction remain strong.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, ideally with responsibility for business development or client management.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive business growth in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management to effectively collaborate with clients, candidates, and partners.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, financial management, and operational efficiency within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Comfort with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and basic CRM or project management systems.
• Relevant academic background in business, human resources, management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluency in relevant languages and familiarity with regional employment practices and regulations are advantageous.
