Marketing Executive& Co-Owner

Company Description ZOLAIR ENERGY AFRICA is an energy-focused company .

We are presently setting up the very first manufacturing plant in Africa for our next generation green energy storage sodium ion & zinc based hybrid battery/capacitors.

We are in the process to to position ourselves at the absolute forefront of the continents energy transition.

To help scale this industrial milestone, we are seeking an active, operational co-owner to drive our commercial expansion. This is a hands-on equity-partnership role focused purely on business operations, marketing, and long term succession planning.

Role Description The Co-Owner is a part-time, remote role for the first 6 months, responsible for leading marketing initiatives and contributing to the strategic direction of ZOLAIR ENERGY AFRICA. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and shaping the company’s brand positioning in key markets. As a co-owner, the individual will participate in business planning, growth strategies, and decision-making related to market expansion. Collaboration with other stakeholders to align marketing activities with overall business goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Candidates should be under 50 years, can be of any nationality & gender.
• Candidates should have a deep passion for hardware-based, disruptive green energy solutions.
