☕ ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES☕ Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established standards.
🫘 Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and other café tools.
🎯 Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, portioning, and taste.
💬 Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to customers.
🧾 Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently.
🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee preparation and service area.
📦 Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other inventory supplies.
🔍 Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
👥 Senior Barista: Support, guide, and train junior baristas while helping maintain service standards.
💡 Contribute ideas for new beverages, improved workflows, and enhanced customer experiences.
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS✅ Previous experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, Café Specialist, or similar hospitality role preferred.
✅ 3+ years of professional experience in coffee, café, hospitality, or food & beverage operations preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and professional appearance.
⭐ Experience with specialty coffee, latte art, manual brewing, or coffee equipment is an advantage.
⭐ Senior candidates should demonstrate leadership, coaching, and shift coordination abilities.
