Property PA / Administration Assistant – Athlone (Hybrid)
12 Month Contract
Location: Athlone (Hybrid: 3 days on site / 2 days remote)
Salary: €30,000–€35,000
Closing Date: Monday 5th October 2026 – 5:00pm
A well-established organisation is seeking a Property PA / Administration Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the Property Manager and wider Strategic Property Management team in Athlone.
This is a varied support role involving diary management, coordination, administration, data collection, presentations and team liaison.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and wider team, helping to keep day-to-day activities organised and supporting key projects and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Property Manager.
- Manage diaries, meetings, calls, emails and correspondence.
- Coordinate activities across the Property team.
- Collect and organise data and information for the Manager and team.
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials.
- Assist with research and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the preparation and coordination of reports and submissions.
- Liaise with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Handle queries and administrative requests efficiently.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required.
Requirements & Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in PA, administration, secretarial or coordination roles.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting a manager or busy team would be advantageous.
- Strong ability to handle information and queries professionally.
