Packaging & Brand Designer (Remote)

Eyr Holistic is a fast-growing Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, operating multiple eight to nine-figure brands including Norse Organics, Frøya Organics, Primal Viking, and Arctic Goddess. Our mission is to free one hundred million people through natural, high-quality products — and we hire for radical ownership, taste, and an obsessive standard of work.

We control quality end to end, including everything our customers physically touch — and packaging is where that standard becomes visible. We're looking for a designer to own packaging and product visuals across all four brands: the artwork, the labels, the compliance details, and the supplier relationships that get it produced correctly.

What You'll Own

• Packaging design across the four brands — primary packaging, secondary packaging, inserts and unboxing experience
• Label design and label compliance: ingredient panels, claims, regulatory and market-specific requirements, print-ready files that pass without rework
• All visual aspects of product branding — how each brand looks and holds together on the shelf and on the product itself
• Direct work with suppliers and printers: specs, dielines, proofs, color approvals and ordering packaging
• Version control and a clean, organized library of packaging assets across brands and SKUs
• Visual consistency between packaging, product pages and brand assets as new products launch

You'll Thrive If You

• Have real, demonstrable experience designing labels and packaging that went to print and to market (industry is open — this does not need to be wellness, supplements or beauty)
• Know print production from the inside: dielines, bleeds, color profiles, substrates, finishes, and what actually survives a print run
• Are comfortable owning label compliance and getting the details exactly right the first time
• Can talk to suppliers directly and manage the back-and-forth to a finished, ordered product without hand-holding
• Work with radical ownership and extreme urgency — you move fast and your standard doesn't drop when you do
• Have strong taste and can defend a design decision with a reason

Logistics

• Full-time contractor position
• Fully remote — open to candidates in any location
• Reports directly to the Head of Product
• Portfolio required, with at least one packaging or label project shown from concept to printed product
