Want to become a Skylinker? Let’s soar together! ✈️

Are you a paid media specialist who cares about what happens after the click? Have you built landing pages, wired forms into a CRM, and tested the whole chain before spending a dollar on traffic? Can you tell an ad problem from a page problem from a targeting problem? Then we want to hear from you!

Who are we?

At Skylink, we’ve been flying high since 1986.✈️ Founded by Jim and Susie Anglin, we’re dedicated to giving you a “WOW” experience. When challenges pop up (and they do!), we solve them together with a smile. We support the maintenance of aircraft fleets worldwide, providing everything from tiny bolts to massive jet engines. Whether it’s for commercial flights or military missions, we keep fleets soaring!

We're a Global Team! 🌍 of 30+ Skylinkers across the US and internationally, we offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where growth and success are shared by all!

✈️ What We Do

Skylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide. We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft (yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions). Our mission? To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.

This is a high-ownership, execution-driven, part-time contract role with 10 hours a week. You will own the whole path: the ad, the landing page, the form, and the lead that lands on a salesperson’s desk in Salesforce. The goal of every paid dollar and every funnel is a form fill or a conversation with sales. Clicks, impressions, and visits don't count. You will work closely with our CEO, and our Sales team, with our Marketing Playbook and AI marketing engine behind you.

Aviation experience is not required. Our AI engine carries the industry knowledge, the proof points, and the campaign history. We are hiring funnel thinking and disciplined judgment.

🎯 What You'll Own
  • The Monday ad review. One fixed morning a week: our AI marketing engine pulls the LinkedIn and Meta numbers and drafts the recommendations. You decide which ones are right and apply them the same day. Pausing ads, rotating creative, fixing targeting leaks, and killing placements that spend without converting are your call. Budget changes, new channels, and objective changes go to the CEO with your reasoning.

  • The funnels. For every campaign you build the landing page, thank-you page, form, CRM wiring, UTMs, and tracking pixels, then run the end-to-end test that proves a real submission reaches a real salesperson before a dollar of traffic runs.

  • The budget models. Built from measured cost per click and real conversion rates, never from a platform’s flattering forecast.

  • Retargeting. Build and manage the audience pools (page visitors, visitors who didn’t convert, ad engagers, and contact lists), give each pool the right message, and keep people who already converted out of the ads.PINK

  • The numbers. Read the landing page conversion rate every week and act on it. Track MQLs and cost per MQL from paid, and check them against what Sales says about lead quality.

  • The discipline that defines this role: nothing changes mid-week. One review day keeps every number readable. If your instinct is to tinker daily, this isn’t your seat. If your instinct is to isolate the problem before touching anything, keep reading.

  • 🎯 Job Functions

✈️ Paid Media Management (LinkedIn & Meta)

    • Run LinkedIn prospecting campaigns against target-account lists and buying roles

    • Run Meta retargeting and awareness campaigns

    • Hold the weekly review rhythm: read the AI engine's draft, decide, apply the fixes the same day, and save the written recommendation note.

    • Run the Thursday load-and-check: load approved creative and confirm everything is serving, with no mid-week changes

    • Diagnose before changing anything: is it delivering, is the click-through healthy, is the page converting, are leads qualifying, or is it fatigue?

    • Decide when to freshen an ad that wore out and when to rewrite one that never worked

    ✈️ Funnel Design & Build

    • Build landing pages (one offer, one form) and thank-you pages at their own URLs in Squarespace

    • Build forms and automations in ActiveCampaign that trigger email sequences and alert Sales

    • Wire leads into Salesforce, including campaign membership and same-day follow-up tasks for reps

    • Set UTMs at the ad set level, following our naming standard

    • Install tracking pixels the day pages go live, before any ads run

    • Test every funnel end to end with a real submission before launch

    ✈️ Measurement & Optimization

    • Track landing page conversion rate, MQLs, and cost per MQL

    • Test the offer, headline, and form placement to improve conversion

    • Separate cold paid traffic from warm traffic before drawing conclusions

    • Bring a clear one-line paid summary to our weekly Monday Number meeting

    ✈️ Collaboration

    • Work with our Designer on ad creative and page builds, and keep a creative queue ready for rotation

    • Partner with Sales on lead quality and disqualification patterns

    • Bring the CEO budget proposals backed by data, and sometimes a respectful “not yet”

This Role Is Perfect for Team Members Who Are…

(If you don’t resonate with these traits, this may not be the right fit for you!)

    🚀 Key Traits & Skills

    • Self-discipline & optimism: Consistently focused and positive, even in challenges.

    • Emotional intelligence & empathy: Understand and connect with others on a deeper level.

    • Scrappiness: Find solutions with creativity and practical insight.

    • Ability to read people & act with initiative: Anticipate needs and take proactive steps.

    • Persistence & passion: Stay committed and driven towards goals.

    • Great communication & engaging presence: Articulate and compelling in all interactions.

    • Accountability & authenticity: Own your results and stay true to your values.

    Skills & Requirements

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in a B2B environment (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a must; Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus)

    • A track record of running an ad account on a fixed review rhythm with written notes

    • Experience building landing page funnels and testing the full chain, not just the page

    • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce and ActiveCampaign preferred, or similar platforms such as HubSpot)

    • Comfort with website builders like Squarespace, tracking pixels, and UTM structures

    • Ability to build budget models from real cost-per-click and conversion data

    • Advanced prompting skills and the ability to use AI as a leverage tool, not a crutch

    • Comfortable pushing back with data, including to leadership

    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment

    💰 Compensation

    • For the Paid Ads & Full Funnel Designer, you can expect to earn between [$15 – $25] USD hourly rate depending on your experience and background. This range reflects opportunities across junior to more experienced profiles. This position is open to both U.S. and international candidates. Compensation aligned to local market benchmarks and experience.
