Paid Ads Specialist

Role Description

As our Paid Ads Specialist, you will own paid acquisition at Hire Unity. You will plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads that drive qualified client leads into our sales pipeline. Success in this role looks like one thing: a predictable, profitable flow of qualified leads, measured in ROAS and CPA.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and brand awareness
• Write ad scripts, hooks, and direct-response copy across static, video, and short-form formats
• Develop creative concepts and angles, run A/B tests, and turn winning ideas into new variations
• Write creative briefs and collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators on assets
• Align ad copy and landing page messaging to each campaign and audience
• Own campaign budgets and pacing, and report on spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
• Build and manage retargeting and audience-building funnels
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager
• Track performance in our CRM and coordinate with the sales team so ad-generated leads flow cleanly into the pipeline
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Compensation

$2,400 – $3,200 USD per month

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (required)
• Strong copywriting and ad-scripting skills, including short-form video and direct-response copy
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Consistent, clear written English communication
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote environment
