Paid Ads Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

Noviq IT Solutions is a technology firm based in Lahore, working across web engineering, search and paid acquisition, and data analytics. We are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to run paid media for Noviq and for our clients.

This is a specialist role in paid media. You plan, run and report on campaigns. Our content team produces the ad creatives from your briefs, and the founders handle all communication with clients, so your time goes into the ad accounts.

What you will do

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, for Noviq and for our clients
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, so every reported result can be traced to its source
• Manage budgets, audiences and bidding across several accounts
• Write clear creative briefs for our content team: the audience, the message, the formats and what to test. You will not design or edit creatives yourself.
• Test audiences, offers and creatives, and act on the results

Reporting

You report to the founders, who are your single point of contact for all work.

• Daily: what you worked on that day
• Weekly: the week's results and what you will change
• Monthly: results against targets, with recommendations

What we are looking for

• Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English, and the habit of keeping the founders updated while working remotely
• At least two years running paid campaigns yourself, not assisting someone else
• Proven results on Meta Ads and Google Ads. LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong advantage.
• Campaigns you can show: how they were set up, what was spent and what came back, with client names hidden
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience focused on paid media. This is not a social media management, design or content role.
• Based in Lahore, and able to attend strategy meetings in person
• Your own laptop, reliable internet and a power backup (UPS or inverter)

How we work

• Salary: PKR 80k - 100k per month
• Full-time and remote, with flexible working hours
• Strategy meetings in person in Lahore. As the team grows, the role may move on-site in Lahore.
• Three-month probation

Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, as you will work inside Noviq's and clients' ad accounts
