Paid Marketing & PSEO Operations Lead
Location: Remote
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]
Company: The Foreign Venture Group/Proof360
About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Marketing & PSEO Operations Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of paid marketing campaigns while overseeing a repeatable, system-driven Programmatic SEO (PSEO) operation.
This is a hands-on acquisition role for someone who can launch and optimize paid campaigns, understand search intent and SEO, monitor performance, and coordinate recurring PSEO activities through structured workflows.
You will work closely with business, technical, and specialist functions to turn approved strategies and market intelligence into measurable acquisition activity—while ensuring campaigns, accounts, and publishing processes remain well documented, recoverable, and operationally independent.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize approved paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across weather, emergency, service-intent, and market-specific opportunities.
- Coordinate keywords, audiences, landing pages, conversion paths, budgets, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Resolve routine campaign issues and blockers while minimizing unnecessary technical dependencies.
PSEO Operations
- Oversee the recurring PSEO operating cadence and launch pipeline.
- Coordinate with the PSEO Admin/Operator to ensure approved pages and campaigns are launched accurately and consistently.
- Monitor publishing activity, indexing, discoverability, traffic, lead quality, and exceptions.
- Ensure PSEO execution follows approved architecture, schema, market context, and specialist guidance.
- Escalate structural or technical issues to the appropriate teams rather than independently altering core systems.
Market & Search Intent
- Translate customer, service, geographic, and commercial insights into meaningful campaign and page structures.
- Understand differences between consumer, commercial, and professional search intent.
- Use campaign and SEO performance data to refine market and acquisition assumptions.
- Avoid generic campaign or page structures when market context can impact lead quality or commercial value.
Performance & Optimization
- Track spend, campaign availability, cost efficiency, lead volume, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Monitor PSEO publishing cadence, indexation, discoverability, qualified traffic, and organic lead contribution.
- Document tests, results, exceptions, and recommendations.
- Establish a continuous learning loop that uses performance evidence to improve future campaigns and launches.
Account & Operational Continuity
- Maintain proper company ownership of advertising and publishing accounts and assets.
- Ensure appropriate shared access, permissions, verification records, and recovery procedures are documented.
- Help prevent critical operations from depending on a single employee, email account, or undocumented process.
- Maintain sufficient documentation and evidence to support operational continuity and accountability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work from approved business priorities, architecture, market intelligence, and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering when genuine technical work is required.
- Work with external PSEO specialists and translate their recommendations into controlled internal execution.
- Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and specialist stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a practical, hands-on acquisition operator with a strong bias toward action and a structured approach to execution.

- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
