Paid Media Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Paid Media Analyst to support one of our U.S.-based clients, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and supporting SEO initiatives.

• Modality: Hybrid for candidates in Caracas / Remote for candidates in other regions of Venezuela

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Management: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring targeting, budgets, creatives, and campaign structures align with the client's goals.
• Budget & Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign pacing, spending, bidding strategies, and key performance indicators, proactively adjusting budgets and campaign settings to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Testing & Continuous Improvement: Execute A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies, identifying opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Data Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze campaign performance, search terms, and competitor activity to identify trends, optimize targeting, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Audience & Creative Strategy: Develop and refine targeting, remarketing, customer match, and first-party data strategies while identifying opportunities for new ad variations, messaging, and creative assets.
• SEO Execution & Optimization: Support keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, SEO audits, technical improvement recommendations, and ongoing organic search performance analysis.
• Performance Reporting & Collaboration: Monitor results through advertising platforms, GA4, and SEO tools, communicate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, including keyword management, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
• Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Impression Share
• Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing, and spend allocation
• Experience conducting keyword research, search term analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable optimization recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably managing multiple client accounts

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for campaign and website performance analysis
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients, particularly in B2B, technology, IT services, or professional services
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and troubleshooting campaign measurement
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms to evaluate lead quality and acquisition performance
• Experience with landing page optimization, CRO, and conversion-focused testing
