Our CPG client is looking for a Paid Media and Content Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This position is 40 hours a week, fully remote, and you must work EST business hours.
You will provide dedicated support for integrated content strategy, paid media, owned channels, influencer marketing, and key brand initiatives during a critical planning and campaign development period. This role will manage cross-channel content development, agency partnerships, and campaign execution while supporting high-visibility brand and cultural marketing programs.
Duties of the Paid Media and Content Specialist:
Lead content strategy and asset development across TV, paid social, digital, search, CRM, website, and DTC channels.
Manage creative brief development, agency collaboration, content reviews, approvals, and asset trafficking.
Own content planning for owned channels, including email, website, social media, loyalty programs, and consumer education initiatives.
Support the development and execution of major brand campaigns and cultural marketing activations.
Translate cultural insights into content, partnership, and engagement opportunities across paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels.
Serve as a key contact for influencer and creator marketing programs, supporting agency management, content development, creator selection, and campaign execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Creative Services, DTC, PR, and other internal stakeholders.
Maintain content calendars, execution plans, and campaign workflows to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
Provide additional support across related portfolio initiatives as business needs require.
Qualifications of the Paid Media and Content Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content strategy, or integrated marketing.
Experience managing paid and owned media programs across multiple channels.
Strong project management and agency management skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content approval processes and campaign execution workflows preferred.
