The role We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition. You'll be the person behind the campaigns that bring new restaurants to haddock, turning budget into qualified pipeline, and experiments into repeatable growth. You'll work closely with Sales to build campaigns that don't just get clicks, but bring the right restaurants through the door. What you'll do Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Own the full funnel: from budget allocation and targeting to landing pages and conversion. Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards so every euro is accountable. Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging and turn learnings into scale. Partner with Content and Design to brief high-performing ad creative. Report on CAC, SQL and pipeline contribution, and use the data to make the next call. Help the team hit its revenue quota: you don't stop at MQLs, you carry the number with Sales. Turn budget into millions: your job is to generate M€ in new pipeline, not to spend a media plan. What we're looking for 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid media, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth startup. Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; bonus points for TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Comfortable with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager). Data-driven and numbers-fluent, you make decisions from a spreadsheet, not a gut feeling. Hands-on. You don't stop at the brief and the review: you build the campaign, write the first version of the copy, and fix the tracking yourself. Curious by default. You ask good questions about the business, the product and the numbers. You read, test, and bring back what you learn. Test-and-learn mindset: you're scrappy and never done optimizing. Nice to have Experience with CRM and attribution (we run on HubSpot). Comfortable reporting with LLMs. A feel for hospitality or fintech. Basic copy skills to move fast on creative.
