We're a remote-first team, spread all over the world.

Because we work with clients and team members across different countries and time zones, there will also be days when you'll need to start earlier or stay online a little longer. What is this role all about?

You'll take charge of executing campaigns, crafting media plans, setting budgets, and developing effective tactics. Your role will involve managing campaign activities, closely monitoring performance, proposing optimizations, and creating comprehensive reports. You'll also collaborate with Account Managers to craft offers and cost estimates for our clients.

What skills are needed to successfully perform this job?

• 1-2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta and familiarity with LinkedIn, X and TikTok
• knowledge and skills in using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
• Keen understanding of conversion tracking and optimization
• Ability to design multichannel strategies and tactics across the marketing funnel
• Skills in presenting performance metrics and aligning them with KPIs for internal and client use
• Analytical skills and ability to spot patterns, draw conclusions and extract actionable insights from data and build optimizations and recommendations based on that
• Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage, but it's not a must-have
• Eagerness to learn and develop, combined with proactivity and drive to solve problems
• Sense of ownership and accountability and caring about high standards and quality of your work
• Very good communication skills as you will be working with various stakeholders internally and with clients directly
• Languages: fluent English (min. C1) and Polish (native)
