  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, identify trends and opportunities, and translate performance data into practical optimisation strategies.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Help establish campaign KPIs, reporting measures, and regular optimisation routines to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Development: Support the editing and development of organic and paid social media content, including ad copy, creative variations, and short-form video assets.
  • AI-Assisted Production: Use AI tools to generate content ideas, develop copy variations, and support efficient content creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align campaign execution, content requirements, and CRM processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Meta platform developments, paid social advertising trends, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share platform expertise, provide practical guidance, and help colleagues understand campaign performance and evolving advertising capabilities.

  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn paid advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, audience targeting, conversion measurement, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience connecting campaign activity with CRM systems and interpreting conversion data.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience editing social media content and developing copy for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, and creative production.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written English, with attention to British English conventions.
  • Relevant training or certifications in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or communications are advantageous.
