WE ARE HIRING: Paid Media Specialist & Influencer Marketing Manager Requirements 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Influencer Marketing , preferably within Digital, Influencer Marketing, or Creative agencies. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads . Experience amplifying Influencer and Creator content through Paid Media strategies. Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Creator Marketing , including scouting, campaign execution, content management, and performance analysis. Experience managing Paid Media and Influencer Marketing budgets , including allocation, monitoring, optimization, and reallocation based on results. Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, CPV, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI . Experience working with Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting, boosting, and creator content amplification . Knowledge of UGC strategies and creator-led content for organic and paid campaigns. Ability to analyze the performance of different creators, audiences, content formats, and platforms to identify optimization opportunities. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations . Knowledge of tracking, reporting, and digital analytics tools. Advanced English preferred. Activities Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Develop Paid Media strategies to amplify Influencer, Creator, and UGC content . Manage campaign budgets and dynamically allocate or reallocate investment according to performance and business objectives. Analyze the performance of creators, content, audiences, formats, and platforms to identify opportunities for optimization. Coordinate with Influencer Marketing teams to select content with the greatest potential for paid amplification and performance . Support the development and execution of Influencer Marketing and Creator Marketing campaigns . Implement and optimize Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting, boosting, and other creator amplification formats . Monitor key performance indicators including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, CPV, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI . Develop performance reports and translate campaign data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights . Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creators, formats, messaging, and creative assets. Identify high-performing creator content and recommend when to increase, maintain, reallocate, or stop investment . Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Content, Creative, and Client Service teams to ensure campaigns meet performance and business objectives .
