We’re looking for a hands-on paid social marketer to help grow ClassPass through Meta and TikTok campaigns that drive consumer free-trial sign-ups.
You’ll join our Acquisition Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing. This is a campaign execution role: building, launching, testing and optimising paid social, not managing organic channels.
What you’ll do
- Build, launch and optimise Meta and TikTok acquisition campaigns across international markets.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing, using performance data to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Test audiences, creative and campaign approaches, turning results into clear next steps.
- Work with creative teams to develop and refine advertising assets.
- Monitor conversion performance and acquisition costs, identifying issues and opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- Around one to two years of hands-on paid social experience, agency or in-house.
- Direct experience building and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- A track record of working towards conversion and cost targets, such as CPA, CAC or ROAS.
- Confidence taking ownership of day-to-day campaign execution with limited onboarding.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to testing and optimisation.
Experience with high-spend campaigns, international consumer acquisition, subscription or app businesses, UGC testing or Snapchat Ads would be a plus. A degree is not essential if you have the relevant practical experience.
The details
- 15-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
- Fully remote within the UK, with no required office days.
- You must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK.
If you enjoy being in Ads Manager, testing what works and turning performance insights into action, we’d love to hear from you.
Have we piqued your curiosity?
Sound like the role for you? We’d love to hear from you! Even if you’re not 100% sure about potential fit, we still encourage you to apply. We’re looking for the right person, not the perfect series of checkboxes.
