A Panel Relations Coordinator II within Panel Management is responsible for recruiting and coaching pre-selected individuals and households in Norway that form part of the Nielsen panel. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy speaking on the phone and be comfortable using a PC as your primary work tool. Position type: Part-time (12 hours a week over 3 weekday evenings) Working hours: 17:00 – 21:00 Location: Central Skøyen, Oslo (home working is also possible from within Norway) Responsibilities Entry-level position performing routine tasks with close supervision, following clearly defined procedures and learning basic skills. Job Summary Conduct outbound phone calls with families participating in the panel. Train, guide, and maintain relationships with panel participants and households. Adhere to Nielsen's internal guidelines, procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with various departments across Nielsen to ensure data quality in accordance with our methodology. Has no supervisory responsibilities. Understands how assigned duties integrate with others in the team. Follows established procedures and structured instructions to complete routine tasks. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates good organizational skills with the ability to work systematically and meet deadlines. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic to good computer and systems literacy (familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Tools is a plus). Previous administrative or customer service experience is desired but not essential.
