Paralegal

Growing civil litigation law firm seeking new member of our team to help service our clients. The position requires at least one year of law firm experience, strong word processing skills, and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge and experience with civil litigation, law firm procedures, are a plus. .

Must have good organizational, computer and interpersonal skills, be able to prepare legal documents, be a multi tasker and be able to deal with clients. Self starter is a plus. Experience in propounding and responding to discovery and with managing personal injury and/or employment cases required.. Must have experience with US Firms

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, performing document reviews, and ensuring accuracy in case-related records. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients and legal teams to facilitate case progress and provide administrative support where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review processes
• Must have experience with US Firms
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with immigration law is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Proficiency with legal research tools and document management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
