Role Description
This is a full-time remote Paralegal role supporting workers’ compensation matters. The Paralegal will assist the attorney with day-to-day case management, including organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include preparing and formatting legal documents, drafting correspondence, and reviewing records and reports related to accidents and workplace injuries. The role involves conducting legal and factual research, summarizing medical and accident documentation, and communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather information and provide updates. The Paralegal will also support the firm’s efforts to investigate insurance coverage and ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for attorney review.

1,300,000.00 COP to start
Salary to increase after 60 day trial period.
