Paralegal - Evening Shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT)

Exciting Career Opportunity: Full-Time Paralegal

Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a talented Paralegal to join our international legal team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Medellín, Colombia, primarily working remotely on an evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (COT), Monday through Friday.

You will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team, gaining hands-on experience supporting U.S. litigation matters. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks.

Comprehensive training will be provided; prior U.S. legal experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Colombia
• English proficiency at the C1 level, both written and spoken
• Strong academic record (GPA of 4.0 or higher)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn case-management software
• Prior paralegal, legal assistant, or litigation experience is a plus
• Ability to consistently work the 2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT evening shift, Monday through Friday
