Responsibilities Support the legal team with the review, negotiation, execution and management of NDAs, commercial contracts, vendor agreements and other legal documentation Manage contract execution processes and maintain legal records, trackers, meta data and document repositories Coordinate vendor due diligence and onboarding processes, including document collection and stakeholder management and first review of terms, with scope to take ownership of procurement process over time Assist with KYC requests, corporate documentation and regulatory information requests Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to drive matters through to completion Requirements Experience working in an in-house legal team or law firm - desirable Strong organisational and document management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Confident drafting professional correspondence and communicating with stakeholders Experience with contract management, legal operations, vendor onboarding and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign Proactive, commercially minded and able to work independently Genuinely interested in technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital, product-led environment Exposure to fintech, SaaS or other technology businesses - a plus Exposure to responsible use of AI Tools Personal attributes Highly organised Detail-oriented Self-starter Strong communicator Solutions-focused Reliable And even if you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you - please feel free to apply.
