Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Paralegal to support attorneys who provide legal counsel to business units across the organization. This role provides critical support in reviewing and managing agreements, conducting legal research, coordinating contract processes, responding to business inquiries, and supporting a broad range of operational legal matters. The Paralegal will partner closely with attorneys and business stakeholders to facilitate efficient legal support, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
Contract Support
Assist attorneys in reviewing, drafting, revising, and managing routine agreements, such as vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, services agreements, statements of work, and other business contracts.
Coordinate contract review workflows and monitor contract status through execution.
Maintain contract files and ensure agreements are properly executed, organized, and retained.
Assist with contract-related reporting and tracking obligations.
Business Legal Operations
Serve as a primary point of coordination for legal requests from business units.
Assist attorneys in responding to routine legal inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Support legal review of operational initiatives, policies, and business processes.
Facilitate intake, assignment, and tracking of legal matters and requests.
Legal Research & Compliance
Conduct legal and regulatory research on issues impacting business operations.
Monitor legal developments and prepare summaries for attorney review.
Assist with compliance-related projects and legal risk assessments.
Support implementation and maintenance of legal policies, procedures, and training materials.
Document Management & Recordkeeping
Prepare, organize, and maintain legal files, templates, and departmental records.
Update and maintain contract management systems and other legal technology tools.
Assist with document collection and organization for audits, investigations, litigation matters, and regulatory inquiries.
Ensure legal documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and record retention requirements.
Leverage AI and technology-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve consistency, and deliver scalable, data-driven support to the business
Communication & Coordination
Partner with business leaders and functional teams, including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, and Operations.
Coordinate with outside counsel and external vendors as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the Legal Department.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business functions.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys, legal professionals, and business stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred.
At least 3-5 years of paralegal experience or comparable work experience required.
Experience supporting contracting, corporate legal operations, regulatory compliance, or general corporate law matters within a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations tools preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $25 - $34. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
