Job Title: Paralegal Instructor Company: Eastern College Location : R emote Hours: Part-Time. Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 AST pm OR 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm AST Start Date: August 31, 2026 End Date: August 27, 2027 The Opportunity: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality delivery of assigned courses within the Paralegal program, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments, and exams. What you’ll be doing: Deliver high-quality classroom instruction, using a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Design and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and assignments to evaluate student performance. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals. Encourage active student participation and engagement in the learning process. Offer guidance and mentorship to students. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and subject matter expertise. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information. Ensure compliance with College policies and regulations. What you bring to the position: Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Paralegal or Lawyer in New Brunswick. Prior teaching experience is an asset. Computer literacy with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Excellent communication skills. This position is for an existing vacancy.
