Paralegal (Remote / Philippines)

Our client, a privately owned investment and holding group, is seeking a Paralegal to join its in‑house Legal & Compliance team.

This is a broad, hands‑on position supporting senior counsel across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters. You’ll work directly with decision‑makers, gain exposure to a multi‑entity international structure, and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts
• Corporate secretarial support across multiple entities
• Legal research and regulatory monitoring
• Assisting with due diligence for transactions and investments
• Coordinating with external counsel and maintaining legal registers and entity records

About You

• LLB, Juris Doctor, or equivalent from a reputable university
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in private practice or an in‑house legal team
• Strong understanding of Common Law principles
• Excellent drafting skills and sound commercial judgement
• Comfortable managing competing priorities with minimal supervision

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
