Paralegal – U.S. Employment & Labor Law

We are looking for a Paralegal with strong experience in U.S. Employment & Labor Law to join our team remotely from Colombia. This role will support legal research, compliance initiatives, policy reviews, case documentation, and the development of legal content related to U.S. labor regulations.

Requirements

• Law Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Proven experience supporting U.S. Employment & Labor Law matters, particularly in East Coast states and California.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC regulations.
• Experience with multi-state compliance, legal research, and policy reviews.
• Ability to document legal cases, analyze regulatory updates, and translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Monitor and communicate labor law updates and compliance requirements.
• Draft and maintain employment policies, handbooks, FAQs, templates, and legal resources.
• Review and update legal documentation to ensure compliance.
• Support customer inquiries and provide guidance on employment law matters.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve legal content and compliance processes.
