Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the financial services, accounting, and professional services industries.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Paraplanner to support financial advisory founders through the complete end-to-end advice lifecycle. You will coordinate strategy development, oversee the preparation and review of compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), manage implementation workflows, and ensure audit-ready documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.

Your Impact

  • Adviser & Strategy Support: Partner directly with founders to prepare pre-meeting materials, review client files, conduct product research and financial modeling, and translate strategies across investments, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning into actionable advice.
  • Advice Preparation & Quality Control: Act as a key liaison between founders, clients, and paraplanning teams to draft, review, and refine SOAs and ROAs, ensuring absolute accuracy, strategic alignment, and rigorous compliance.
  • Implementation & End-to-End Execution: Manage the seamless execution of approved advice, including preparing and submitting investment, superannuation, and insurance applications, coordinating underwriting, and tracking implementation progress.
  • Client Service & Workflow Administration: Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, maintain accurate and audit-ready client records, and update workflow trackers and systems (such as Xplan) to keep operations running efficiently.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or senior adviser support roles within the financial services sector.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency using financial planning software and CRMs such as Xplan, alongside exposure to modeling tools like Xtools, Risk Researcher, or WealthSolver (exposure to AI tools is a distinct bonus).
  • Core Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of Australian financial advice processes, superannuation, investment platforms, and insurance underwriting; deep familiarity with ASIC regulations and Best Interest Duty; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and superior organizational capabilities.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Time for You: Enjoy 21 Total Annual Service Incentive Leaves, flexible to use for travel, emergencies, or anything you may need for your "Me time."
