The Role Deliver structured 30-minute coaching sessions aligned with the organization's playbook Guide parents through implementation of defined family systems with clarity and accountability Monitor progress, identify gaps, and address them directly Maintain strong session presence, emotional regulation, and professional boundaries Ensure timely, accurate documentation within CRM systems Protect client retention and guide clients toward additional programs when aligned with their goals This Is for You If... Skills & Experience Must-Haves: 3 to 5+ years of professional coaching experience Proven experience managing a large client portfolio (this role supports up to 70 active clients) Comfortable coaching on camera, delivering live video or virtual sessions Comfort working within a defined system rather than improvising Excellent English skills (C2 level).
