This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. We operate 24/7/365, so this position requires availability to work holidays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Requirements: Skills: 35+ WPM typing speed, strong computer literacy, solid written communication, and a calm, professional demeanor with upset callers. Hardware: Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Apple Products, tablets, or Chromebooks), with 1GB of storage and a screen resolution of 1600 X 900. A wired USB headset with a microphone. Internet: High-speed broadband with a direct Ethernet connection (No Wi-Fi or satellite). Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment Reside in Puerto Rico Schedules and Training: Various Part-Time shifts ranging between 20-29 hours.
