Job Description Part-Time Cold Caller/Interviewer (US Market) — Independent Contractor We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Cold Caller/Interviewer to support our candidate screening process, with cold calling responsibilities during downtime between interviews. This is an independent contractor position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and confidence speaking with people over the phone. There is room to grow within the company for the right person. As an Part-Time Cold Caller/Interviewer, you will conduct candidate interviews using a provided script, handle sensitive and confidential information professionally, and fill any downtime with outbound cold calls to US-based prospects. Requirements What We're Looking For Professional and friendly phone presence Strong interviewing, conversational, and rapport-building skills Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Consistent attendance and reliability Goal-oriented and comfortable handling objections Positive attitude and willingness to learn Requirements Previous Customer Service (CS), call center, or interviewing experience preferred Excellent English communication and listening skills Confident speaking with US-based candidates and clients over the phone Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills Able to maintain confidentiality and handle NDAs appropriately Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Ability to work independently and stay organized Work Schedule Part-time role 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time — hours are fixed and not negotiable Remote/work-from-home setup Benefits This role offers the opportunity to grow within the company as we scale — strong performers may take on expanded interviewing, team lead, or training responsibilities over time.
