Profile Requirements: Min 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally. Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales tools. Strong research, prospecting, follow-up, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Core responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant sources. Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads. Conduct outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities. Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system. Schedule meetings and product/service discussions between qualified prospects and the sales team. Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion opportunities. Track lead-generation performance and prepare regular reports on outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
