Part-time Community & Content Assistant – Korea

DIGINOAIR helps international newcomers approach their move to and everyday setup in Korea with greater clarity and structure.

Our services range from practical self-guided resources to personalised recommendations and clearly defined remote decision support. Customers access their resources and services through the My DIGINOAIR portal.

We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Part-time Community & Content Assistant based in Korea.

You will support DIGINOAIR in building its presence among international residents, students, professionals and people preparing to move to Korea.

This is a part-time freelance position for approximately 10 hours per week. The work can primarily be completed remotely, with occasional online or in-person coordination in Seoul.

• Research relevant international and foreign-resident communities in Korea
• Help prepare short English-language content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Support the distribution and documentation of the DIGINOAIR market survey
• Identify suitable universities, language schools, coworking spaces and community organisations for outreach
• Contact potential flyer and survey distribution partners using approved templates
• Monitor flyer locations and document QR-code activity where applicable
• Support basic community engagement and organise feedback
• Maintain simple tracking tables for posts, outreach activities and survey results
• Assist with short Korean-language communication when required

• Strong written and spoken English
• Korean language skills are preferred
• Currently based in South Korea
• Legally permitted to undertake freelance or contract work in South Korea
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Good understanding of international or foreign-resident life in Korea
• Interest in relocation, community building, content creation or market research
• Careful handling of personal and applicant information

• Flexible remote working arrangement
• Approximately 10 hours of work per week
• Compensation of KRW 20,000 per hour
• Practical experience supporting an international Korea-focused service
• Direct collaboration with the founder of DIGINOAIR

This position focuses on content, community research, survey distribution and partner outreach.

It does not involve providing legal, tax, immigration, medical or financial advice. The role also does not include making bookings, submitting applications on behalf of customers or handling customer funds.
