Stauer is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location. Remote Position.
Requirements:
Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
1-2 years’ customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
Good Typing and Speaking Skills. Inbound Call Center.
Familiar with Outlook
Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
Must be able to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business.
Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
