KeenLogic is seeking a Part-Time Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our internal recruiting team across the full recruiting lifecycle. This position will average approximately 20 hours per week. This role is designed to provide additional recruiting capacity during surge periods while also supporting ongoing recruiting efforts. The recruiter will assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting outreach, managing candidate responses, completing screening calls, coordinating follow-up, and preparing candidate documentation for submission.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable independently managing candidates through multiple stages of the recruiting process. This individual should be able to quickly learn new positions, understand role-specific qualifications, develop effective sourcing strategies, and maintain consistent candidate communication and documentation.

Position Details
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Schedule: 20 hours per week and may fluctuate based on active openings, proposal efforts, hiring deadlines, and recruiting surges
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
- Experience sourcing and identifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to develop and refine Boolean searches and sourcing strategies based on position requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting professional candidate screening calls.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate experience against specific job requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
- Ability to professionally edit and format Microsoft Word documents.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to independently manage multiple candidates, positions, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize work during high-volume and time-sensitive recruiting efforts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to follow established recruiting processes, screening guides, templates, and documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting federal government contracting or cleared recruiting preferred.
- ClickUp experience preferred.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Support assigned positions throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial sourcing through candidate submission and hiring support.
- Review job descriptions, contract requirements, and recruiting guidance to understand required qualifications, preferred experience, certifications, clearance requirements, compensation parameters, and other position-specific criteria.
- Develop an understanding of each assigned opportunity and effectively communicate the position, client environment, contract details, and employment opportunity to prospective candidates.
- Maintain ownership of assigned candidates and ensure each candidate has a clear and timely next step.
- Support multiple concurrent openings and quickly shift priorities as recruiting needs change.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, internal pipelines, referrals, and other available recruiting resources.
- Develop targeted Boolean searches using relevant job titles, skills, certifications, clearance levels, government experience, and other position-specific requirements.
- Review candidate profiles and resumes to determine alignment with minimum and preferred qualifications.
- Conduct targeted outreach to prospective candidates and clearly communicate the opportunity.
- Respond promptly to candidate questions and expressions of interest.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain an active pipeline for assigned positions.
- Adjust sourcing strategies when searches are not producing qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening calls for assigned positions.
- Review the job description, candidate resume, and applicable screening questions prior to each call.
- Discuss the opportunity and confirm qualifications, relevant experience, availability, compensation expectations, citizenship or clearance requirements, certifications, education, and other position-specific requirements.
- Ask appropriate follow-up questions to clarify candidate experience and identify potential qualification gaps.
- Take detailed and organized screening notes that provide the recruiting team with a clear understanding of the candidate's background and overall alignment with the position.
- Identify and escalate qualification concerns, compensation issues, availability conflicts, or other potential risks when appropriate.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate screening calls, interviews, documentation requests, and other recruiting activities.
- Confirm candidate availability and continued interest at appropriate stages of the process.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and documentation to prevent candidates from stalling in the recruiting process.
- Keep candidates informed of next steps and communicate professionally throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Escalate candidate concerns or situations requiring Recruiting Manager or Account Manager involvement.
- Send candidates required documentation and clearly communicate applicable instructions and deadlines.
- Follow up until all required candidate documentation has been received.
- Review returned documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Edit and format candidate resumes according to KeenLogic and client requirements.
- Review resumes for employment dates, relevant experience, education, certifications, clearance information, and other role-specific requirements.
- Review Letters of Commitment/Availability, references, forms, and other required candidate materials.
- Obtain missing information or corrections directly from candidates when necessary.
- Ensure candidate packages are complete, organized, and submission-ready before final internal review.
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps in applicable recruiting systems and trackers.
- Save finalized candidate documents using established KeenLogic naming conventions.
- Upload and organize candidate documentation in the appropriate SharePoint folders.
- Ensure the correct and most current versions of candidate documents are maintained.
- Update ClickUp and other applicable recruiting trackers with candidate activity, screening results, documentation status, interviews, and next actions.
- Maintain organized records so the recruiting team can quickly identify candidate status and access submission-ready materials.
- Provide additional recruiting capacity during periods of increased hiring activity, new contract awards, proposal efforts, backfills, and other high-volume recruiting needs.
- Quickly transition between positions and recruiting priorities based on business needs.
- Support accelerated sourcing and outreach efforts when candidate pipelines must be developed within short timelines.
- Assist with building candidate pipelines for anticipated and contingent opportunities.
- Support proposal staffing efforts, including identifying qualified candidates and collecting required candidate documentation within established deadlines.
