📌 About the Role

ABC LAB NET Company Limited is looking for a proactive Geospatial Specialist / Client Engagement Liaison to join our consulting team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between our technical team and our clients during project discussions, presentation sessions, and solution design reviews.

Working alongside other technical consultants, you will participate in alignment meetings, co-create tailored PowerPoint (PPT) presentations, and represent the team during client-facing engagements.

ℹ️ Notice on Engagement: This role is currently tied to projects at the proposal stage. Submitting your profile and consenting to commitment does not automatically guarantee employment or engagement until the proposal is awarded and finalized.
💰 Fee Structure & Engagement Terms

This engagement operates strictly on an approved session-based consultancy package:

• Virtual Client Engagements (KES 3,000 per package): Includes pre-meeting alignment & collaborative PPT presentation development (approx. 3–5 hours) + virtual client meeting delivery.

• In-Person Client Engagements (KES 4,000 per package): Includes pre-meeting alignment & PPT development with the consulting team + delivery of the physical/in-person client meeting.

Engagement Volume:

Anticipated level of engagement is 2 to 8 sessions per month (strictly tied to and subject to project milestones). Payments are made on actual approved sessions completed. (This engagement does not constitute full-time employment).

🎓 Minimum Academic Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in:
• Geospatial Technologies / Geospatial Information Science
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Remote Sensing
• Geomatic Engineering / Surveying
• Geography / Spatial Sciences
• Or any closely related field
  

💼 Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a GIS, spatial technology, or related environment.
• Strong capability to collaborate with technical peers to structure, design, and deliver polished PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills to represent technical solutions clearly to clients.
• Willingness and availability to dedicate 3 to 5 hours per assignment block for preparation, slide creation, and meeting execution.
  

📋 Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Meeting Alignment & PPT Creation: Participate in alignment sessions with co-consultants to review requirements and build a structured PPT presentation (taking approx. 3 to 5 hours).
2. Client Presentation Delivery: Present and articulate the prepared PPT slides confidently during scheduled virtual or in-person client sessions.
3. Solution Advisory: Offer general geospatial insights and context during client discussions to assist the team as we design solution workflows.
4. Client Liaison: Maintain a professional, articulate, and aligned presence representing the company’s capabilities.
