Job Description This is a remote position. HR Assistant Part-time Remote - Philippines Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking and hand-off to AP. Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities. Tracking department benefits and expenses. Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries. Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY. Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters, including regular email inbox cleanup and maintenance. Handling employee relations. Preparing offer letters. Work schedule: 10AM to 2PM US Eastern time
