• Hours: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (20 hrs/week)

What you’ll do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, batching, and daily close-outs

• Perform 3-way matching (POs, receiving reports, vendor invoices)

• Resolve invoice variances with purchasing and receiving teams

• Maintain organized electronic accounting files and assist with system updates

What you need

• Required: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, or high-volume data entry

• Proven experience with 3-way matching and voucher processing

• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to the 2 PM – 6 PM schedule

Nice to have: Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent AP experience.
