Part-Time Talent Sourcer

Job Description This is a remote position. What You’ll Do Source high-quality candidates for primarily: Research Engineers Research Scientists (Occasionally) GTM and other technical/startup roles Use tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Juicebox , and other creative sourcing methods Identify strong candidates based on specific hiring signals we provide Send outreach using pre-built email sequences (via Juicebox) Continuously refine sourcing based on direct feedback from our team and clients What You Won’t Do No candidate screening No writing candidate submissions No scheduling or coordination No pipeline tracking or CRM management Requirements Experience sourcing talent (agency, startup, or technical recruiting preferred) Strong ability to identify top-tier candidates (not just keyword matching) Resourceful - comfortable using multiple tools and digging beyond surface-level profiles Fast, independent, and detail-oriented Bonus: experience sourcing for AI/ML or research-heavy roles
