Part-Time Temp Enrollment Specialist

Uplift Michigan Online School | Temporary, Part-Time | IMMEDIATE START – October 7 (Count Day)

About the Role

Summit is seeking a part-time, temporary Enrollment Specialist to provide supplemental front-end support to Uplift Michigan Online School during the peak enrollment season. This role will work during the day starting as soon as possible, and no later than September 28, through October 7.

You'll handle inbound and follow-up communication with prospective families — answering questions, routing them to the right enrollment resources, and helping to finalize their enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Answer parent/guardian questions about enrollment via phone
• Route inquiries to appropriate enrollment resources and staff
• Follow up with new leads to keep them engaged through the enrollment process
• Provide coverage during afternoon hours (after standard team hours) and 1–2 weekends around count day

Schedule & Commitment

• Hours: 10 - 20 hours/week
• Timing: Weekdays
• Duration: Immediately – October 7 (approximately 10-14 days)
• Start date: September 28 preferred

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication skills and sound judgment in parent-facing conversations
• Comfortable working independently during non-standard hours
• Teaching or education background preferred, not required
• Familiarity with Summit's schools a plus
