Role Description The Partner role at FreeCVAudit.com is a full-time, remote position focused on helping grow and shape the platform’s offerings, partnerships, and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with career services organizations, educational institutions, and professional communities to drive user growth and brand awareness. The Partner will collaborate on product and service enhancements, provide feedback on user journeys, and support content or feature development that aligns with user needs. This role also involves analyzing platform performance, tracking partnership outcomes, and contributing to business development initiatives and marketing campaigns. The Partner will work closely with the founding team to refine positioning, explore new markets, and ensure that FreeCVAudit.com remains a trusted, results-oriented resource for job seekers worldwide.
Qualifications

• Business development and partnership skills, including relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
• Marketing and growth skills, such as digital marketing, community building, and go-to-market planning.
• Product and user experience skills, including user journey understanding, feedback synthesis, and collaboration with product or design teams.
• Career services and talent domain knowledge, such as familiarity with CV/Resume best practices, ATS requirements, and hiring processes.
• Strategic and analytical skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and decision-making based on insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing priorities, and coordinating across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in HR tech, career coaching, recruitment, or SaaS platforms is highly beneficial.
