Erasmus Internship - Partnership Development Intern

Contract length: 4–6 months, with a possible paid 6-month extension based on performance and budget availability Hours: flexible, 20-40 hours per week, during CET core working hours (Monday to Friday) Location: Amsterdam or Lyon (to be confirmed) Hybrid arrangement: office-based with some remote flexibility Travel: none, except relocating to Amsterdam or Lyon Reporting to : Grants and Partnerships Coordinator Erasmus+ supports traineeships (work placements, internships) abroad at any workplace for students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Program Countries at short-cycle Bachelor and Master level as well as for doctoral candidates. These opportunities are also open to recent graduates. Erasmus+ traineeships are open to any student enrolled in a higher education institution holding an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education. The traineeship must be relevant for the degree-related learning and personal development needs and, wherever possible, be integrated in the study program. A traineeship can take place at any organization located anywhere in the world (with the exception of EU institutions, bodies and agencies). Our partnership program has been developed to provide NGOs and UN agencies with access to the TWB Platform and the TWB Community of over 200,000 linguists via a comprehensive range of language services. CLEAR Global’s Language services team oversees the management of the Partnership Program and includes the partnership sales team, the partner success coordinator, the community team, the services and support team, and the operations team. The majority of partner organizations sign a 12 month partnership agreement that provides access to the services. The level of service and the cost is tied to the level of internal effort required to manage the partnership. Increasingly we also provide professional services for standalone projects, or as part of a partnership agreement. CLEAR Global is offering an internship to work as part of this small and dynamic team in the areas of administration, research, outreach, and sales. The candidate will gain valuable experience in a thriving international non-profit organization, learning about everything from not-for-profit humanitarian and development sectors, to business development and income tracking techniques. Role The Partnership Development Intern will support the Partnership Sales team to carry out tasks related to CLEAR Global’s partnership sales and customer success programs. The role also includes supporting the officers with day-to-day administrative tasks. A big part of the role will entail using CRM (constituent relationship management) database tools, written communications, and web-based research to support CLEAR Global’s partnership goals. Responsibilities Fundraising Research new prospective partners which might benefit from our support Support collateral, strategy, and implementation of our partnership program for CLEAR Global Support relations/communications Administration support: Regular data entry into Hubspot Support with keeping partners’ account info, as well as outreach records up to date (entering/updating data) Monitor partnership requests coming in from different channels Support Partner onboarding process - drafting agreements, creating invoices, and sending out outreach communications. Qualifications The right candidate is an energetic team player who agrees with CLEAR Global’s basic beliefs and values and who can work virtually with team members based throughout the world. Requirements Enrolled in or graduated recently from a University degree program (preferably with a degree in the field of languages, communications or marketing); Excellent command of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of or interest in other languages is an advantage; Previous experience working with non-profit organizations and particularly in the fundraising arena would be a real advantage; Familiarity with data entry tools, CRM and cloud computing platforms would be a plus. Experience carrying out desktop research, using a range of methods and sources of data Must have access to a stable internet connection and a computer.
