Your mission Ecosystem Growth: Identify and recruit strategic system integrators and technology partners. Partner Enablement: Train and support partners to ensure they can effectively sell and deploy IS-Wireless solutions. Channel Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners. Pipeline Management: Drive indirect revenue by managing the partner sales pipeline and supporting complex deals. Relationship Management: Build long-term, high-value relationships with partner leadership teams. Skills & Experience (Must-Have) Partnership Mastery: 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances in the IT/Telco sector. Strategic Thinking: Ability to build and execute complex channel strategies that align with company growth goals. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the value of Open RAN and disaggregated networks to partner teams. Market Network: Existing relationships with major system integrators or telco partners in Western Europe. Fluent English: Ability to lead negotiations and workshops in an international environment. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of 5G, RAN, and cloud-native infrastructure. Experience with defense or public sector partners. Experience in a high-growth technology scale-up.
