Partner Alliances Manager - Microsoft Private Sector | London – Hybrid working 📍 Are you passionate about building strategic technology partnerships that drive real business growth? Following a record-breaking year of growth, we're looking for an experienced Partner Alliances Manager to help shape and grow esynergy's strategic technology partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building partnerships from the ground up. You'll play a key role in expanding our relationships with partners including Microsoft and Databricks creating new opportunities, generating pipeline and helping drive commercial growth. Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams, you'll become the go-to person for partner engagement, ensuring esynergy is visible, trusted and well positioned within our partner ecosystem. Responsibilities: 🌟 Develop and grow strategic partnerships across Microsoft and Databricks. Build trusted relationships with partner sales teams, solution architects and leadership. Generate qualified opportunities by identifying and developing co-sell opportunities with partners. Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, events and in-person collaboration. Manage partner programmes, certifications and progression through partner tiers. Act as the internal expert on partner funding programmes and incentives, helping our sales teams maximise available funding. Ensure opportunities are accurately tracked through HubSpot and partner portals. Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop joint go-to-market plans and partnership strategies. Requirements:✔️ Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships within a consulting, professional services or technology business. Strong knowledge and connections at Microsoft and Databricks. Experience working with partner programmes, co-sell motions and partner funding initiatives. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to translate partnerships into sustainable revenue growth. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing CRM data and reporting. A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
