• ## Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of the vision and strategy to continue building and growing Commerce for an FMCG brand.
• Contribute to building, developing, and creating world-class frameworks and systems that embrace innovation and deliver results.
• Bring new ideas, creativity, and insights across all media (digital, in-store, and experiential).
• Assist in developing reporting and forecasting modules to demonstrate positive ROAS that can be implemented across brands.
• Be a subject matter expert on regional/local marketplaces across APAC, including positioning, audience, and marketing capabilities.
• Support commerce-related strategic workstreams for client briefs and ongoing engagements.
• Participate in commerce product and solutions development to provide full-funnel visibility to brands and media stakeholders.
• Identify market trends and business practices to capitalize on the constantly evolving commerce landscape.
• ## What Your Day Job Looks Like
• Work closely with clients while engaging regularly with WPP agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
• Balance client work, product development, and partner collaboration.
• Collaborate with partners across ecommerce, content, and measurement.
• Challenge ideas while embracing feedback from high-performing peers.
• Work extensively with cross-country teams and scale successful initiatives across markets.
• Manage senior client relationships on a daily basi
• ## Core Skills
• Minimum **8 years** of experience in digital marketing, primarily within Retail or
  
  

Fmcg

• Experience working with marketplaces or multi-brand ecommerce platforms such as:
• Lazada
• Shopee
• Other online business partners
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional digital commerce, technology, and operations teams.
• Strong performance marketing expertise with the ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and measure business impact.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform consumer insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
  
  

Experience in rigorous testing environments

• Results-driven mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex digital commerce concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• ## Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  
  

Experience in a communication planning role

• **8+ years** of relevant work experience.
