TransferMate’s Partner Implementation team supports our Strategic Partners to achieve their product vision in partnership with TransferMate, from integration to ongoing support. We are looking for someone that loves the challenge of delivering complex projects. You will be working with our partners and internal stakeholders to provide Technical Integration and Operational Readiness support for a successful Go Live and ramp up across our key Strategic Partnership portfolio. Job Description Supporting our strategic partners in integrating with TransferMate’s API technology, navigating partner requirements and working through a range of operational alignment requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness. Use analytical approach to problem solving and leverage data, insights and measurements for improvements. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives. Proactively identify and remove project blockers, escalating issues where necessary to maintain momentum and project timelines. Develop implementation plans and timelines with our partners, holding them accountable to these. Collaborate with Product teams to provide partner insights and contribute to future product roadmap initiatives. Foster strong, long-term partner relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Job Qualifications Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 3+ years of related professional experience Demonstrated experience delivering complex API implementations, technical integrations, or similar technology-focused projects. Experience designing and implementing efficient operational processes across cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong desire to drive success and continuous improvement.
