About Nettbureau

Nettbureau is a Norwegian scale-up that helps consumers across Europe make better decisions through comparison and tender services like eiendomsmegler.no, flytta.se, luz.es, and fotovoltaico.it. Today, we operate 100+ services across 15 countries.

We combine strong growth with profitability and were recently named one of the Financial Times’ Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2025. In Norway, we've been named a “Gaselle” company (one of the country’s fastest-growing businesses) for ten consecutive years, earning us a spot in the Hall of Fame.

We’re a team of 95+ people, with around 50 based in Oslo. You’ll join the UK team while also being part of a larger, international sales team working across multiple markets.

We value a friendly and flexible work environment, with opportunities to connect through both social activities and professional development.

About the UK team

We launched in the UK in 2025, starting in the green energy space with sites such as solarenergy.co.uk and evchargers.uk. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team.

The team consists today of three people: a Content & Marketing Specialist, a Partner Manager, and a Country Manager. As our team grows, you’ll join as our second Partner Manager, working alongside our existing Partner Manager to grow our partner base.

You will work in a fast-moving environment where new services and verticals are continuously launched, giving you strong exposure and the opportunity to shape how we grow the UK market.

About the Role

As our new Partner Manager (B2B Sales), you will play a key role in launching and growing our UK market by acquiring new B2B customers and building long-term commercial partnerships.

While we generate a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads through our services, this is primarily a new business role. Your success will depend on consistently driving outbound prospecting, building your own pipeline, and actively creating new sales opportunities. Alongside winning new business, you’ll manage your own portfolio of signed partners: keeping them active and satisfied, growing their accounts, and making sure invoices are paid.

Our offering gives potential clients access to warm, relevant, GDPR-compliant leads with no upfront commitment. This creates a strong foundation for meaningful sales conversations and long-term client relationships.

You will work with a wide range of clients, from small local businesses to large multinational companies, across multiple industries and product verticals. This variety means high pace, constant learning, and significant ownership of your results.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business

  • Build and grow a strong pipeline through active outbound prospecting by phone and email, and follow up open prospects until they sign or decline

  • Deliver online presentations and product demos to prospective clients

  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions to match their business goals

  • Grow existing client accounts by finding ways to increase their value, such as more lead volume, new regions or additional services

  • Keep partners active and prevent churn by following up regularly and acting early on signs of dissatisfaction or reduced activity

  • Follow up on overdue invoices and work with our business operations and finance teams on cases that need escalation

  • Track and manage all sales activity in Pipedrive, our CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing and business operations) on partner feedback, lead delivery, sales processes and conversion rates

  • Contribute to the launch and scaling of new services in the UK market, by spotting new opportunities and helping ensure continued product-market fit

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a driven and proactive sales professional who enjoys building pipeline, winning new business, and taking ownership of their results.

You should be comfortable working in a high-activity environment where consistent prospecting and outreach are key to success.

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:
  • Native-level or C2 proficiency in British English, including the tone and conventions of UK business, with strong communication and negotiation skills

  • A proven track record of selling to UK businesses, with a good understanding of the UK business landscape

  • Documented experience in outbound B2B sales, i.e. finding and signing new clients

  • Experience working in a high-activity sales environment with clear targets

  • A proven ability to close sales remotely via phone, video calls, and email (this role is about selling remotely rather than face-to-face)

  • Strong ability to identify client needs and translate them into relevant solutions

  • Commercial understanding: the ability to assess the economics of a deal and prioritise the most valuable clients and profitable agreements

  • A disciplined and structured approach to managing your pipeline and sales process

  • Experience using CRM systems to track performance and prioritise effectively

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to continuously improve

No formal degree is required. We value proven sales skills and results over academic background.

Extra points if you have:
  • B2B sales experience in one of our verticals, such as renewable energy, real estate or telecommunications

  • Experience with performance-based or lead generation products

  • Familiarity with AI tools, sales automation or CRM automations to improve efficiency

  • A degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field

What We Offer

  • NOK 10,000/year for professional development

  • Flexible working hours at our Tøyen office in Oslo

  • Choice of Mac or PC, plus your mobile phone and home broadband paid for

  • Regular workshops with partners like Google, Meta, and Microsoft

  • A supportive and social work environment with ambitious colleagues

  • A subsidised canteen with healthy lunch options

  • Social events throughout the year, including after-work drinks, team activities, and an annual company trip

Excited about this role?

We’d love to hear from you. Please apply via our career portal with your CV and cover letter.

  • Application deadline: 8 November 2026

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Work location: Oslo, Norway (Hybrid)

  • Start date: As soon as possible
